Thank you for visiting Quizi.com! We at Quizi respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy together with the Terms of Use form the entire legal Agreement (“Agreement”) between ION digital (“Quizi”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and you as a user (“you”, “user”). The Agreement Applies to our Internet web site located at the URL’s quizi.io (“Site”).

In case you decide to sign up with Facebook or Google we will collect the information that is publicly available on your Facebook/Google profile. Such information includes: full name and photo. We collect such information according to Google’s and Facebook’s Privacy Policies, so we highly recommend you to read them first prior to providing us with any information.

Quizi recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. Quizi does not target its Site to children under 13. Quizi does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that information. If your child has provided personally identifiable information, please contact us so we can delete it. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide us with any personally identifiable information.

You may access and update some of your information through your Account settings. You are responsible for keeping your personal information up-to-date.

6.2 Rectification of Inaccurate or Incomplete Information

You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information concerning you and which you cannot update yourself within your Quizi account.

6.3 Data Access and Portability

In some jurisdictions, Applicable law may entitle you to request copies of your personal information held by us.
