You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Quizi cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You retain all rights to the documents and text you upload to Quizi ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, parse, and process it solely for the purpose of generating quizzes for you.

• You must not upload copyrighted material unless you have the right to do so.
• You must not upload inappropriate, explicit, or malicious content.
• You are responsible for the quizzes you generate and share with students.

4. AI-Generated Content

Quizi uses advanced Artificial Intelligence to generate quiz questions and answers. While we strive for high accuracy and educational value, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Teachers and users are expected to review and verify quizzes before publishing them to students.

5. Educational Integrity

This platform is intended to enhance learning and engagement. Users (including teachers and students) are expected to utilize the generated assessments in accordance with their institution's academic integrity standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Quizi, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
